Dear Pinot Noir lovers… I have a secret to reveal to you 😉 Do you know about this wine from the south of Argentina? If not yet… here it is!
I had a great pleasure tasting this Pinot Noir Rebel from Bodega Secreto Patagonico, because it has everything to be, in my opinion, a perfect exponent of the typicity and the terroir. It comes from San Patricio del Chañar, a region in Patagonia which is beginning to be very recognized by the quality of its wines, and this Pinot Noir therefore has all the character and expression that this red grape cultivated almost everywhere in the world offers us especially in this magnificent South American terroir. It overflows with notes of wild red fruit mixed with some subtle and very pleasant aromas of leather and tobacco. And although it is an intense and tasty wine on the palate, it is also a very fresh, light and elegant red wine, with a good persistence and a balanced and delicate acidity. Let yourself be charmed, like me, by this refreshing Argentine pinot, which is, in addition, an unbeatable value for money. Available at the SAQ for CAD 16.
¡Salud por los vinos de mi querido país!
