A Chardonnay ready to enjoy!

(MLF) Looking for a crispy Chardonnay to pair with your next grilled fish or seafood salad? Casillero del Diablo, one of the most traditional brands of prestigious Chilean producer Concha y Toro, is an excellent option in terms of quality-price available on the SAQ shelves. This Chardo is a quite versatile white, with the typical fruity aromas and flavors such as pear and peach, and with a very gentle unctuosity and structure given by a short aging period in French oak barrel. In addition, it's also a wine that offers a vivid and  fresh acidity, making it balanced, elegant and easy-drinking. Impossible not to enjoy. Salud!  Thanks to winery and agency in QC – Escalade for the opportunity of tasting.

From the well-known Mezzacorona winery, this is an original wine that offers an exuberant elegance, with pleasant notes of ripe red and black fruits, tannins still present but very silky and an intense finish. The tertiary woody aromas expected on any good Reserve wine are very well amalgamated. Unctuous and delicious, this could be the ideal wine to pair with savory grilled red meat.
